We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (buyer's remorse) items within a 30-day window from the delivery date.

2. Returns for Defective/Damaged Orders (Our Error)
If you encounter a major problem with your received item due to our fault (manufacturing error, damage in transit, or significant difference from description), you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
2.1 Eligibility for Defective/Damaged Items:
You are eligible for returns or full refunds in the following situations:

3. Returns for Non-Defective Items (Buyer's Remorse/Customer Error)
We accept returns for items that are not defective (e.g., incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or a change of mind) within the 30-day return window.

Return Shipping Fee: For returns due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is applied for these returns.

They did a great job with my logo. Really nice heavy duty material. I ordered mine with the velcro backing. This is going to be really versatile. Great job and great product.
The colors were nice and the embroidery was done well. They could have cut off some of the long threads that were still hanging on. But, all-in-all, the details in the product turned out very nice.
I needed patches for my department and the only resource was being very difficult. I ordered these and one they came fast, two the look great! Lastly tracking information was correct and I didn't expect them to arrive for another week or two. Totally exceeding my expectations. Definitely recommend and I may see if anyone else at work wants to order. Super happy!! ( also they totally beat any prices on etsy and the scrub shop here in town!!)
