I received my sweatshirt today when I said I needed a large. I meant a women’s large, not a men’s large. It is extremely large. There’s no way I can wear it. You guys should make that information known on your website. There’s a difference between a women’s large and a man’s large. I would need a women’s small. What is your return policy?

I had a sweatshirt come in and one of the grandkids name was spelled wrong. I contacted them on a review and commented on Facebook and they replaced it for me. That is good customer service and I absolutely love the sweatshirt thank you for taking care of this for me.
I ordered the sweatshirt for my mother in law and it is gorgeous!!! The embroidery is so so pretty, much better than a printed sweatshirt. My only minor complaint is the sweatshirt is a little thin, but I still love it. Maybe you could offer a thicker quality of sweatshirt for an up charge? To potential customers, when I say thin, don’t be put off by it, I just mean it’s not one of those super thick oversized sweatshirts.
It did shrink a good amount but I wanted it to because my MIL is teeny tiny, so that was fine with me, but just be aware of that.
When she received it she absolutely loved it!! Thank you so much for having such a cute product!!
